* Each Chief or Headman of a Village selects 2 volunteers from his Village to work in the MCV program. Experienced personnel at the MCV center train the volunteers in healthcare, HIV/AIDS education, and general supportive care for Orphans.

* Each volunteer is issued a Bicycle and a blue shirt with the MCV Logo on it. The 74 young men and women volunteers monitor the health and welfare of each Orphan and assist the family with whom the Orphan lives.
