Every second, minute, hour, day, week and month a lot of things are happening and are worth catching the public's attention. Every society has its own stories that happen from time to time. Equally, Malawi Children’s Village has its own stories that happen every  day. Catch up on the stories of the month below!!.

DANELLE, CHELSEA, AND KRISTEN HELP MCV IN MANY PROGRAMES


Vistors come and go. But some visitors' activities remain memorable in many people's hearts. Danelle, Chelsea and Kristen have done and participated in many activities at MCV. Some of the activities they have done and participated in include, helping teach both in secondary and primary children who come to study at MCV's library. The also visited  villages to spread HIV/AIDS
messages

Their visit was spiced by an open day event that took place on 21st June 2008.Pupils and Students from different schools and clubs from villages performed different activities that included drama, traditional dances, comedies, plays, poems and singing (choir). There was a match between MCV women staff team and Gracious Secndary school netball team.

The participating schools and clubs were given gifts that included balls, golf shirts, pencils and pens, HIV prevention bands. Besides the gifts, all people who attended the event were given some drinks and snacks for refreshment.

The open day was solely organized to pass and spread HIV/AIDS messages to the youth and the theme was "THE YOUTH AND HIV/AIDS"

MOXIE VOLLEYBALL CLUB DONATES VOLLEYBALL EQUIPMENT TO GRACIOUS SECONDARY SCHOOL.

Moxie volleyball club found in Seattle Washington, USA donated balls, uniform (T-Shirts) for both boys and girls, a bag, Ball pump and a net. The donation gave a new light to gracious Secondary which did not have a volleyball team before. Currently, the school has organized a volleyball team with the timely donation of the equipment.
