Five schools in the USA have adopted primary schools in the MCV villages. Their donations have built pit latrines, new
classrooms, bought school desks, books and other classroom supplies. USA Rotary Clubs have helped too! Malawi Children's
Village orphans and other vulnerable children attend the local free primary schools. The government is often unable to afford
repairs and new classrooms. Therefore, many classes are held under a tree despite rain, ants, mud/dust.
